Enjoy strolling along our beachside boulevard as you view the local artists fair every Sunday, or take the trolley on a scenic tour of the city, or simply enjoy a delicious lunch at the gourmet deli just down the street. With so many activities within walking distance you will be able to take advantage of all that Santa Barbara has to offer.
 
Our master bedroom offers a king size bed, plasma television, small deck and private split bath. The nearby guest room offers a queen size bed, with additional bathroom just outside the room. There is also a daybed provided in the foyer for additional guests. A small deck with a gas grill provides an area for outdoor cooking. Our 2 car garage offers covered parking and easy access to the interior. Beach cruisers, boogie boards, and other supplies make it easy and inviting to explore the city and surrounding beaches.
 
This updated and newly furnished condo is an excellent home for small families. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
