Our Riviera Villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with gorgeous views of the ocean and red-tiled roofs of Santa Barbara. Enjoy the sunsets from our rooftop terrace, or take in a little afternoon sun in our private backyard area.

The great room is filled with natural light, creating a comfortable environment to lounge, cook and dine together. The updated kitchen offers a Viking range and stainless steel appliances. The living area has glass windows on both sides, creating a lovely space to enjoy the ocean views and the blooming flowers of the backyard. A media room on the same level offers a large flat screen television to enjoy movies. A daybed may also be used for an extra guest. There is a bedroom adjacent that offers a twin bed and office space, with French doors leading out to the backyard.

The master bedroom is located on the third level, with a large sitting room and beautiful split bath. French doors open up to a private balcony, and a short flight of stairs lead up to the rooftop terrace with imported teak furniture from Thailand.
