We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Ocean View Estates.  The home has a secluded location in a lovely neighborhood.  We appreciated the privacy and the beautiful landscaping which includes a comfortable patio.  A footpath from the back of the yard leads to an overlook with great view.  It's a comfortable, spacious home with modern appliances and lighting as well as a nice flow.  We appreciated being a short drive from a dog-friendly beach and great grocery stores and fun restaurants.  We would not hesitate to stay there again the next time we have an extended stay in beautiful Santa Barbara.

Oceanview Estate was absolutely beautiful and the most well maintained vacation home that we have ever stayed in. It is the perfect home away from home- well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with ample closet space and great bathrooms!! The backyard with the awesome views was paradise!
