We rented the penthouse for our daughter's graduation from UCSB after first considering multiple B & B rooms. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough room. Pictures of the unit don't do it justice. It is a gorgeous, spacious, comfortable gathering place for family or for couples. Very nice linens and the master bath is huge. Could have used a little more room in the second bath. The balcony and views are SB at its best. The kitchen was beautifully appointed. So nice to cook in and avoid the craziness of commencement weekend.

We were greeted warmly by staff who were more than helpful and completely accommodating with our arrival times. They graciously offered us a late check out since no one was coming in on our departure day.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to State St was terrific for dinner and drinks without looking for parking or driving. We also caught the trolley and had a nice walk at the wharf. We will definitely visit the Anacapa penthouse again! My only regret is we didn't find it until our daughter's senior year. We spent too much money on hotels over 4 years that didn't compare to the villa!

Incredible Property, Best Location! This is a perfect location to getaway to Santa Barbara! You are in the heart of town , one block from State Street. I have been going to Santa Barbara for many years and stayed in many places. This will now be my choice to stay. I walked everywhere. It’s nice not to need to drive. The property is beautiful and serene. It was nicer than the two five star resorts in Santa Barbara. The two things it could use are a Dust Buster for easy clean up while you are staying there and maybe a couple of bikes! Perfect... If you stay with Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals you will not be disappointed!”
